Hi FAC_info,
If a Captcha appears when submitting the form, it's likely due to our anti-spam system being triggered. This happens when multiple submissions are detected from the same IP address within a short time frame, prompting the use of a Captcha to reduce spam.
To resolve this, you can advise users to wait 10–20 minutes before trying to submit the form again, refresh their internet connection, or use a different IP address. Since you're on a paid plan, I’ve also whitelisted your form, so the Captcha should no longer appear when submitting forms.

perfecto gracias. me pasó ayer a partir de reiniciar bastantes formularios e imaginé que se activó por eso, pero pensaba que para hoy ya se habría desactivado y no fué asi. gracias!

Acabo de editar varias respuestas de formularios (para restablecer el flujo) y sigue estando el captcha.

As my colleague mentioned, the human verification Captcha appears to prevent spam and automated submissions. Jotform uses this system to ensure that responses come from real users, especially when multiple submissions are made in a short period.
