Lo extraño es que sí lo habían hecho con anticipación. Incluso le di acceso directo a su mail (cmelgarejo@fondoesperanza.cl) y aún así no se lo permite.

Probamos refrescar el link de edición, pero tampoco resulta.

Now, coming back to your question, to clarify, did you send them the share PDF document link and set the permission to collaborators? You can edit or add field in my PDF document, take note that you have to login to Jotform to be able to access the link. This is the PDF link to my demo form below.

If you did not send them the Share PDF Document link as collaborators it is easy to send them a link to your collaborators. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, in the upper right corner of the screen, click on Share.
2. On Share PDF Documents, click on Settings.
3. In Permission, select Collaborators, and Go Back.
4. You can use Invite by Email or click on Copy Link.
