No se pueden enviar los formularios desde el movil

    Buenos días,

    Desde hace unos días, nos han reportado nuestros técnicos que no pueden enviar los formularios.

    Desde un ordenador si que se puede, pero desde dispositivos móviles no y lo precisamos.

    ¿Lo podéis revisar?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, coming back to your question, the error comes up when the form is submitted, right? I cloned your form, but I can't seem to replicate the issue. It works as expected, regardless of the device used. I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. This helps resolve peculiar issues happening in the form. Could you ask one of your technicians to try again? I suggest you ask them also, to check with another browser.

    If the issue still persists, would it be okay if we make a test submission directly to your form, so we can further inspect it?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi,

    The problem persists. The form we are having the issue with is: "Work Order. (Parte de trabajo)"

    I have tested other forms, and they work.

    Can you run tests with the specified form?

    I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but I was able to submit the form without getting an error. Take a look at the screenshot below:

If the issue persists, will you please allow us to make a test submission directly in your live form to see if we can replicate the issue on our end?

    We are still facing the same issue. Neither we nor any of our technicians can submit the form from a mobile device. Could you please use the same form as us to run tests and find a solution? It is affecting our work.

    I checked your account, but there are two forms with the word 'Parte de trabajo' in it. May we know which one of the two forms is having the issue, so we can run some tests on it directly. You can share with us the form URL.

    I made a test directly to your form, and I was able to replicate the issue. I've gone ahead and escalate this to our Developers, so they can further inspect it. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Any updates? My colleagues are telling me that the same error is still appearing, but the other day we received a test form from you.

    There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developers again. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.

    Any updates? The issue has been ongoing since October 10, and we still can't use that form.

    This is urgent as it is our main form.
