Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, we've received an update from our developers confirming that this issue has been resolved. We recommend that you make a test on your form to verify whether the email attachments are now accessible.

Hello, I already tried it and it didn't work. I have changed the email with different providers, gmail, corporations and none of them have sent me the attached zip to download my files. It's been 2 days and I need this urgently. You keep insisting that everything is fine and it's not like that

Por favor, intenta usando un navegador distinto o en modo incógnito para confirmar si es posible. Adicionalmente, he eliminado el caché de tus formularios como medida preventiva. Si el inconveniente persiste, por favor compartenos el URL del formulario que presenta dicho inconveniente para poder revisarlo a fondo con el equipo.
