por favor ayuda, necesito descargar los adjuntos de mi archivo, me dice que enviaran un archivo comprimido a mi correo ventas2024@chbs.cl pero nunca llega nada

Now, coming back to your question, when I checked our system, I saw that the email to download your files had already been sent. Check out this screenshot below:
If you have not received it, please check your Spam folder. Additionally, please Whitelist our Domains and IP Addresses, to prevent missing out on emails.
