como conecto un form a la base de datos de un sistema

Hola buen Dia un Coordial Saludo, estoy realizando un sistema y tengo un form para realizar el registro y me gustraria que ese form de alguna manera se conecte con mi sistema utilizando la tabla de datos que genera y que yo pueda hacer consultas a partir de ella y poder generar relaciones, ahi posibilidad dxe hacer eso? o que yo pueda conectar ese form a una tabla de datos que yo mismo genere?
