How to remove captcha

    Hello

    I hope you can help me. I need to delete de Captcha on my Forms. I have a lot of them in my free jotform account and they dont ask it. Just in the resent one, that is why it is unfamiliar for me.

    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a Captcha is appearing on form submission, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. This happens, when our systems detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP Address in a short period of time. So to decrease the Spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used.

    To fix this, you can wait for around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, or use a different IP Address to submit your form again.
