Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a Captcha is appearing on form submission, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. This happens, when our systems detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP Address in a short period of time. So to decrease the Spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used.
To fix this, you can wait for around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, or use a different IP Address to submit your form again.
