Integridad y seguridad de los datos en la plataforma jotform

Estoy trabajando en un formulario el cual anexe una funcionalidad que me permite consultar registros por medio de un archivo de Excel que se carga en la plataforma.

quiero saber si la plataforma ofrece seguridad cuando se desarrollan este tipo de formularios, ya que seria muy malo que alguien pueda tener acceso a ese archivo de Excel que se carga

Now, coming back to your question, Only the form owner has access to the form builder where the spreadsheet to form widget is added. Users/respondents does not have access to the Excel file uploaded in form, since only you can see it. If you use the spreadsheet to form widget, your form respondents need to input a code on the widget so that the values on the spreadsheet to prepopulate your form. These values are automatically populated when the column headings match your form field labels. 

Also, you can restrict who can fill out your form. We’ll just need to enable Password Protection for that. This means that people you send the form link to can only access your form after they enter the password that you share with them. Setting it up is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and click on Show More Options.
2. Next, scroll down to Password Protection, and put a check in the box next to it.
3. Now, enter the password that you want to use and that’s it. You’re done.

Now, anyone who wants to access your form will have to enter the password you gave them:
