InfoRubenFecha de consulta 5 de octubre de 2024, 17:29Hello!
We have already configured all the questions, the respective hidden fields for each answer (from A to E) and the 5 form calculation widgets so that they have the total number of answers of each type.
What condition do we need to set to redirect to a different page based on which widget has the highest value?
It should be something like this, right?

Hi Ruben,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the highest value from different fields in the form, then redirect them to a specific thank you page. Although that feature isn’t available yet, as a workaround, you can have the total points system. For example, if the score is below 20, you will have a specific thank you page for it. Let’s do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Change Thank You Page condition.
- Configure your conditional logic on the next page. Check out the sample condition below:
- Select Save when finished.
You can check out this guide about How to Change the Thank You Page URL Conditionally.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hola Camila,

Hi Ruben,
Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if I understand correctly, you want to redirect users in based of the score of the answers. When I cloned and checked your form, I noticed that the conditions you set up were already configured correctly for this.
For example, in the clone form, I used the Form Support URL with the conditions you set up, as shown in the screenshot below:
With the conditions you set up, the form successfully redirected to the Form Support page. You can check out the screencast below to see how it looks on my end:
If you'd like to configure the conditional logic differently, just reply to this ticket and we'll help you with it.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
