MI FORMULARIO GENERA UN PDF DE SOPORTE DEL SERVICIO CON UN ID UNICO, Y LLEVA UNA COPIA AL DRIVE CON SUS SOPORTES, SIN EMBARGO EL CONSECUTIVO UNICO QUE QUEDA REGISTRADO EN LA TABLA DEL FORMULARIO ES DIFERENTE AL QUE GENERA EL PDF

Now, coming back to your question, if I understood your request correctly, the field No de Orden de Servicio is being different in your Jotform Tables and the PDF of the submission, correct? If yes, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:
- No de Orden de Servicio is 11295 in the PDF.
- No de Orden de Servicio is 11295 in Jotform Tables as well.
Is yours any different? If yes, we can take a look for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

Hola Muy buen dia
Lo siento si no me hice entender, mi formulario funciona asi:
- el usuario diligencia el formulario
- este formulario genera una copia en un drive y envia otra copia a un correo electronico
en jotform queda el registro del formulario diligenciado, por ejemplo este:
que tiene consecutivo 12398 y si yo lo descargo efectivamente sale con ese consecutivo.
pero el que me creó en el drive queda con un consecutivo diferente:
siendo el mismo registro
Por otra parte, la opcion de otform Support Access esta activada.
