Necesito que se me precarguen archivos entre formularios la precarga me toma solo los datos pero no los archivo

Now, coming back to your question, if I properly understood you, you wish to prefill file field on your form. Since files can't be in textual format and passed via URL, this is not possible. The only possible solution would be to upload your file to other services like Google Drive and share the file link.
