¿Como deshabilitar opciones ya seleccionadas en reservas anteriores?

Hola necesito ayuda para saber como puede hacer que cada vez que alguien ingrese su reserva, esta automáticamente deshabilite o bloquee esa opción

Ejemplo: SI Sujeto 1 ingresa la siguiente reserva: Fecha 7-10-24 Horario 9:00 Sala: A

Sujeto 2 no debería poder seleccionar esa misma fecha, mismo horario y misma sala, pero si pueda seleccionar misma fecha pero con distinto horario y/o misma o distinta sala.

Espero se comprenda en lo que trato de solicitar ayuda.

Now, coming back to your question, are you perhaps referring to this form? If so, I see that you're using the Appointment element. I understand you would want to be able to select the same date and time with different rooms but the appointment element is unable to track previous submissions. It can't check if there are already submissions with that date and time in the same room.

As a workaround, you can instead add each room its own appointment field. So you should add 3 hidden appointment elements and only show them based on the room the form filler selects. Here's how to do it:

1. Right-click on the appointment element and click on Hide.

2. Right-click again and select Duplicate. Do this twice. There should now be 3 hidden appointment elements on your form.

3. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

4. On the left panel, click on Conditions and select Show/Hide Field.

5. Now add in the conditions to show which appointment element based on which room is selected.

6. Click on Save when you're done.
