    Por favor ayudarnos con los siguiente:

    Aun Persisten Fallas intermitentes en sincronizacion con google drive y envio de archivo pdf de nuestros formularaios Nuestros Clientes, los archivos adjuntos sin logo y sin archivos adjuntos.

    Para nuestras operaciones es vital que nuestros formularios llegan a nuestros clientes de manera optima.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi ascensoresprisma,

    When I checked your form, I saw that your submissions are successfully sent to Google Drive side after October 1st. On October 1st, we had an intermittent issue with our PDF generation, so PDFs weren't sent for that time. Our developers have resolved the issue, so everything should work properly now.

    You can use Action Buttons on Tables to push existing submissions to Google Drive. You can also check out our guide about How to Send Data to Other Apps in Jotform Tables.

    Can you please try again and see how it goes? If you encounter the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
