Now, let me help you with your question. I've reviewed your form and found you have added Spanish language with the form. Unfortunately, the Language translation section don't have option to translate the Thank you page, but you can set a condition to change thank you page and configure your thank you page in English. Let me show you how:

1. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. Click on + Add a Condition and choose Change Thank You Page.

4. Set condition as below picture:
