O espaço está quase alcançado, mesmo eu já excluí alguns dos meus formulários

Borre un formulario de "solicitud de gasolina", tambien de papelera, pero no se borraron todos los datos, y me encantaria lograrlo para liberar espacio.

Now, coming back to your question, I've also recalculated your upload space and it is showing 972GB out of 1TB. If this form has already been deleted and it hasn't freed up enough upload space, you’ll need to delete more submissions with file uploads to create additional space. Let me show you how:

1. In Table, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table, or Select all checkboxes in the upper-left corner of the table to select all the entries if you need to delete all submissions.
2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
3. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.

Then permanently delete them in the trashed entries. Let me show you how:

1. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
2. Select Trashed entries from the menu.
3. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
4. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

When I checked our system, I could no longer find the form 'solicitud de gasolina'. But, I found a similar form which is 'Solicitud de Gasoline V2' Is this perhaps the form you are referring to? Or is this a different form?

Also, I noticed that your current upload space limit is 979.43 GB of the 1 TB limit. Keep in mind that only by deleting submissions with file uploads will your upload space limit be reduced. If you delete a form that has no file uploads, it will not free up some space on your upload space limit. We recommend that you delete the form with file upload using the steps provided by my colleague here.

Another option would be upgrading your account to the Enterprise level. You can fill out this form. After you submit it, someone from our Sales Team will reach out to you.

Entiendo, "Solicitud de gasolina" es un formulario que se elimino y se vacio de papelera, no hay forma de recuperarlo, y es que ya no me aparece en el apartado de tablas, es extraño

Te sugerimos que sigas las instrucciones brindadas por mi colega aquí para poder liberar espacio de tu cuenta, sobre todo con los formularios que más archivos adjuntos tienen. También ten en cuenta que una vez que un formulario ha sido purgado de tu cuenta, no hay forma de recuperarlo.

Pero si se purgo el formulario unicamente, porque no tambien se fue todo el archivo con el?

If you already purged your forms, it will also delete all the file upload on those forms. I checked your account and you have 4 existing forms. If you don't need it anymore, can you try deleting it permanently so we can check if it will free up your space? Let me show you how to purge your forms:

1. In My Forms, click on Trash option on the left side of the screen.
2. Next, hover and tick the form you want to delete.
3. Click on Purge to delete the form permanently.
