    Hi Anna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, can you send me the link to the form, so I can take a look at it for you? Keep in mind that we have an anti-spam measure in place. The CAPTCHA will only be asked when we detect unusual traffic from the IP or if the system detects that the submissions are suspected to be coming from a bot, the reason why it asks for it to verify that the one making the submissions is indeed a human. If you want us to disable this anti-spam check on your forms, let us know so that we can whitelist your account.

Once we hear back from you, we can help you with this.

    Hi Jovanne,

Please disable this Captcha option. It is very annoying for our customers and they do not submit the form correctly to us.

I am waiting for your confirmation

    Regards

    Hi Anna,

I have successfully disabled the CAPTCHA feature for your account. Can you check it again and let us know if you're still getting a CAPTCHA so we can take a closer look at what's going on?

Once we hear back from you, we can help you with this.
