¿Por qué ahora no recibo el PDF?

    Ya funciona, ahora el problema es que no llegan en formato PDF y antes si. Co podr arreglarlo?

    Desafortunadamente, no nos ha quedado claro específicamente el inconveniente. Para poder ayudarte mejor necesitamos saber si no estás recibiendo los PDF cuando recibes un correo de notificación, o al intentar descargarlo desde Jotform Tablas. También es importante saber que sucede exactamente al intentarlo, junto con una captura de pantalla referente.

    Antes llegaban en formato PDF con todos los datos, ahora llegan asy no se ve nada

    Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more of the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Where are you trying to download data from? If you're trying to download data from the submission Table in PDF format, it's easy to do that. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, at the top of the page, click on the Downward arrow next to the Form Builder text and select Tables.

    2. In Tables, hover your mouse over the submission you want to download, then tick the submission.

    3. Now, on the top-right side of the page, click on Download and select Download as PDF.

    If you want to bulk-download all submissions, you can check the tick on the top-left side of the page and follow the same steps as well:

    Good afternoon, the explanation is very good, but that is not the problem, the problem is that when they fill out the form, the contract was sent to my email in PDF format before and everything looked fine. Now, when they fill out the contract, it arrives to my email, but it does not arrive in PDF format, it arrives in a page with very little information.     Hi eivissvanrental,

    If I understand you correctly, you want to receive PDF documents of the submissions. When I cloned and checked your form, I realized that Attach PDF settings was set to Off. In order to receive PDF documents, you need to enable the Attach PDF setting in your form. First, we need to visit the PDF Editor page to load the document. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, at the top of the page, click on the Downward arrow next to the Form Builder text and select PDF Editor in the menu.

    2. Wait for the PDF document to load. That's it.

    Now, let's enable the Attach PDF setting in your form:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and select Emails on the left menu.

    3. Here, click on the Advanced tab and toggle the Attach PDF setting to ON.

    Hi eivissvanrental,

    I understand how much inconvenience this has caused you. I checked your form and it shows an "Over Quota" error message which means that you already reached the Upload Space Limit. Please note that the Starter Plan only offers 100 MB File Uploads and when you reach it, your form will be automatically disabled. To free up your Upload Space Limit, you may consider deleting the submission with file attachments. however, deleting submissions will permanently remove the data in our server so I would suggest downloading the submission first before permanently deleting it in your Submission Table.

    Let me show you how to delete a submission:

    1. In the Submission Table, select all the Submissions that have File Upload Attachment.
    2. Hover your mouse over to the upper navigation bar and click the Delete button. ¿Por qué ahora no recibo el PDF? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. After that, click the 3 Dots beside the Form Title.
    4. Select the Trashed Entries in the dropdown window.
    5. Click the Select All check box, and click the Delete Forever button.
