Exceeded form usage limit

Límite excedido

I have tried several times to fill out the form, but it tells me that we have exceeded the limit, we have already removed it to be able to upload documents and we should not have that problem and we still have it, we have also changed memes and our contracts are not being renewed either, please, we need a solution. Urgently, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your account, I couldn't see any form containing uploaded files. If you say the form has been deleted, please keep in mind that it remains in a trash folder and will be purged after 30 days. If you want to remove this form with all its data immediately, you can use the purge option in the trash folder. Let me show you how to do it:

1. On My Forms page, scroll down the sidebar on the left and click on Trash in the bottom left corner.
2. Select the form you wish to remove, click on Purge at the top, and then click on Confirm.
