    Hi Arturo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I found that there were 2 missing submissions in the form, so I manually pushed them to the spreadsheet. Can you check to see if they’re now appearing?

Let us know if you need any more help.

Thanks for your kindly help Ericson, my concern about this situation is that error could appear again in the future, so you can tell me if i have to review any form integration option that make this error disappears? or if I need to do any other action to prevent this problem

    Hi Arturo,

The integration breaks if any changes made to the integrated worksheet is made. This can happen especially if you add data to empty rows manually, change row and column labels, applying formatting and so on. To prevent the integration from breaking, please don't make any changes to the integrated worksheet. Instead, you can import your data to another worksheet, and make the changes into the duplicated sheet. We suggest checking out Google Sheet's importrange function to do this.

Reach out again if you have any questions.
