Quiero entrar a mi cuenta para crear un formulario y me sale el mensaje de que esta suspendida, me gustaria saber como resolver esto por favor.

I’m trying to login in my account and it appears that my account was suspended. I created my account yesterday so I want to know what happened?

Hi Jose,
I checked your account, and it appears that your form Formulario was flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:
- Send us the URL where your form is used.
- Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
- Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 19458311 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
