Buenas tardes, todos mis usuarios reportan el mismo error al darle click a "Enviar". Les aparece esto en vez de la pantalla de confirmación.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, when I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.

We heard from our developers and they stated that they have implemented some changes, and we can't replicate the issue anymore on cloned form. Can you please try again and see how it goes?
If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do more testing to see what's going on.
