No puedo ingresar a mi cuenta desde mi pc, normalmente ingreso a mi cuenta con la contraseña grabada que tengo en el Chrome, pero al hacerlo, la página no carga, intenté entonces restablecer mi contraseña, me llegó un correo para ingresar mi nueva contraseña, pero al hacerlo me sale un mensaje en rojo “there was an error no the page. Try reloading the page” actualizo la página y es lo mismo.
por favor, me urge ingresar a mi cuenta.
Estoy escribiendo este mensaje desde mi aplicación del celular.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and found it to be active, so it should be accessible on your end. Were you able to make sure that resetting its password was completed? If so, try logging in again using the updated password and see if it'll work. Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If available, you can also try using a different desktop/laptop computer for this, or even a mobile browser.
If the new password didn't work, you can try logging in with the old password you changed it from. I've also flushed your login attempts to make sure you can have a fresh start. Let us know if the same thing happens again, and we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

He podido ingresar desde microsoft Edge.
desinstalare el Chrome y volveré a instalarlo.
