Hi MATCHMELLOW,
I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, it's not possible to link two forms and share the same submission ID, but you can merge their submissions for you to view them on the same page/screen. Let me show you how to easily merge the submissions of two forms in Jotform Tables:
- On the Jotform Tables page, click the on the Download All button on the right side of the page
- In the list that comes up, click on Download as CSV.
- In the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on the Add Tab.
- In the window that comes up, click on Table and then click on Next.
- In the next window, click on Import from File and then click on Next.
- Upload the CSV file and then click on Next.
- Finally, click on Create.
That's it. Now, you'll see the submissions merged into one Tables page.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
