Cambio de Tipo de Cuenta

    Tengo 2 usuario con cuentas tipo FORM USER, se requiere cambiar la cuenta con el fin que que puedan visualizar los formularios compartido desde la cuenta empresarial.

    Las cuentas son las siguientes: anggymonsalve@correo.saluddelcaribe.com y erikagutierrez@correo.saluddelcaribe.com

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, we have converted from users anggymonsalve@correo.saluddelcaribe.com and erikagutierrez@correo.saluddelcaribe.com to regular users. Please have them log in to their respective accounts. If they are unable to log in, please have them reset the password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    Thanks for your help.  Please help me also for this other account that also has the same problem as the "FORM USER" user type: claudiagallo@correo.saluddelcaribe.com

    I have changed the account associated with this email address: claudiagallo@correo.saluddelcaribe.com from a form user to a regular user.
