¿Cómo personalizar el correo electrónico de notificación/respuesta automática?

Hola buenos días, hay manera de que al llenar el formulario cuando seleccionen una opción, se ponga una respuesta, es decir que no se vea en el formulario, pero si que se vea en el correo?

O hay manera que al enviarse el correo con las respuestas de los formulario, se vea como un correo personalizado? que aparezca el nombre del destinatario del correo??

Now, coming back to your question, you can customize the Email Content of the Notification or Autoresponder Email. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

3. Hover your cursor on the Notification/Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Customize the Email Content and add fields using Form Fields.

5. Click on Save.

Hola, no entiendo como es que eso me ayudara, entiendo que desde el flujo de trabajo también se puede modificar las propiedades.

Pero lo que necesito es que el correo que se envié se vea de manera personalizada.

Es decir:

Hola buen dia, Angelica Hdz

Hola buen dia, Andres Gutierrez 

etc.

Pero en los correos del flujo de aprobación no da la opción de poner el nombre del destinatario. Lo que da es para ingresar la propiedad de nombre, pero pone el nombre que se ingreso en el formulario.

NO DEL DESTINATARIO, Y LO QUE NECESITAMOS ES SABER SI HAY MANERA DE HACER ESO.

Lo que necesito es que el correo se envié con el nombre del destinatario del correo al que se le esta enviando los resultados del formulario.

Que parezca un correo personalizado que se esta enviando solo a esa persona.

Es decir: se configura para que cuando se seleccione cotización de autos, se envié un correo a 1234@gmail.com pero si se selecciona gastos médicos se envié a 896@gmail.com. Entonces ahí se están enviando a otro destinatario porque se están seleccionando, otro ramo diferente, Lo que queremos es que si hay forma de enviar un correo que diga el nombre del destinatario del correo, no de la persona que llena el formulario.

Ejemplo: es la parte que dice estimado diga el nombre del la persona dueña del correo

Estimado: Andrés Gutiérrez

Etc.

Thanks for your patience while we worked on a solution. I understand you correctly, you’re trying to personalize emails so that the recipient’s name (e.g., “Dear Andrés Gutiérrez”) shows up in the email content instead of the form submitter’s name. You can achieve this in a few ways:

1. You can create different notification emails for each recipient and manually type their names in the email body.
2. Set up conditional logic to trigger different notification emails based on the form choices. Check the screencast below to see my example.

Y no hay manera que se pueda hacer por medio del llenado automático? es decir; que al seleccionar una opcion automáticamente se llene un apartado? me pareció ver que eso si se podía hacer. Pero no recuerdo como es que se hacia
