yo tengo creado una app jotform y funciona muy bien. se le puede agregar un código de registro que yo tengo ya desarrollado de usuarios y contraseña subo foto

1. In the App Builder, go to the Publish tab in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Quick Share in the left corner.
3. Under your app link, click the Copy Link button and send the link here.

Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
