Add caption on uploaded picture

Estimados, mi consulta en este momento es si puedo generar un pie de foto cuando agrego la opción de tomar una foto, puesto que me interesa mucho generar un mayor seguimiento de las fotos tomadas por quieren llenan los formularios.

Thank you for your patience. I have found a way for you to add a caption on the image itself. Here's how you can do it.

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for the Annotate Picture and add it to your form.
• After uploading a picture, they can click the T icon to add a caption.
