No se pueden ver los archivos cargados

Buen dia,

Tengo un form que almacena adjuntos y al momento de descargarlos funciona bien con mi usuario que es el creador del form, pero cuando los otros usuarios a los que les he dado permiso intenta descargarlos, les sale el error que se puede ver en la imagen adjunta.

Now, coming back to your question, they will encounter that error when accessing the file link without logging in to their account. To allow your team to access the file without requiring logging in to Jotform, disable the Require log-in to view uploaded files on the Account Security page. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Account Security page.
2. Turn off Require log-in to view uploaded files.
