Now, coming back to your question, the screenshot you tried to share did not come through. Can you please share again? It will be helpful, if you can explain to us the issue/question you have while accessing your Confirma tu compra. Are you having issues when accessing our latest AI Form Agents? Did you mean you wish to get the chat support from the AI Agent in the Spanish language? If yes, then do note that the AI Agent feature is still in beta phase, and it might not support the Spanish language. However, you can change your Google Chrome's browser's language and see if that helps. If this is not what you were looking for, then please give us more details, and we will try our best to help you.
