    Hola,

    Hi asier01mtb,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hi asier01mtb,

What you can is to make a duplicate of the PDF Document, then enable PDF Attachment on the two autoresponder emails. After that, create a conditional email that will send the autoresponder email depending on the selected option. Let me show you how:

    1. Make a duplicate of the PDF Document in the PDF Editor.

    a. In Form Builder, click on the down arrow button.

    b. Select PDF Editor.

    c. In PDF Editor, click the three dots beside the PDF Document name.

    d. click Rename, and rename the PDF document as how you want it to name.

    b. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    c. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

    3. Create a conditional email that will send the autoresponder email depending on the selected option.

    a. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    b. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

    c. In the window that pops up, left-click on Change Email Recipient.

    d. Now, use the If Conditions to apply the conditions that you want to use with:

    • Click on the IF dropdown menu and choose the form field name that'll be the subject to the conditions.
    • Select the appropriate STATE for the field which will trigger the condition when met.
    • You can select different email(s), if added any, by choosing the desired email under the SEND dropdown menu.
    • You can also select a designated address for the delivery by filling it out to EMAIL.

Below, you can see an example email condition for reference:

    e. Click on Save when you are done with all the areas and the condition is ready to use.
