    Hi Damian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I didn't fully understand your request. Are you looking to map 20 students information to the original PDF? It is very easy to do by adding more fields and mapping it to the Original PDF. Let me show you how :

    1. In Form Builder, select all the Student fields while holding the CTRL button in your keyboard.

    2. Click the Duplicate button in the upper right corner and select the Position where you want to add it.

    3. Select the duplicated fields and click the Add to PDF button and map it to the Original PDF.

You can then repeat this steps until you've created 20 student information fields to your form. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi Damian,

Every time a form is submitted, it will create a new copy of the original PDF, where all values are mapped to the fields. This means that once you have already completed the first 20 entries, you can submit the form and fill out a second submission to list the next batch of 20 entries. You can then download the submission in the PDF editor. It's really easy to download your PDF files. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.

    2. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button at the top-right side of the page.

    3. In the dropdown menu, click on Download PDF or Download All. That's it.

The Download PDF button will only download the PDF you are currently viewing in the PDF Editor. If you use the Download All button, it will email you a zip file containing all submissions in PDF format. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my examples:

Example of how it looks when you open the document downloaded via the Download PDF button:

    Hello Daperna,

Can you confirm where would a new table be added automatically? Are you referring to automatically adding a table in the original PDF itself?

Unfortunately, the original PDF uploaded in your form can't be edited within Jotform. You will need to use an external PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat to make the changes to the PDF itself, then proceed with reuploading it to your Smart PDF again. But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?
