If I understood correctly, you're saying the warning message is in English. Did you want the warning message to be in the same language as your form? If so, you can edit the warning messages on your form. It's easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top center of the page.
2. Then click on Show More Options.
3. Click on Edit next to Form Warnings.
4. Here, you can change the error messages.
5. When you're done, scroll to the bottom and click on Save Changes.

Can you send a screenshot of the error message you see on your form so we can better understand what's going on. You can follow the steps below on how to attach a screenshot to your reply:

• Open the thread in your browser. If you got a reply via email, you can click on the View this thread button.

• Once you open the thread, scroll down until you see the Your Answer section.
• Click the Add Image button.
• Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.

Can you share the form ID of the form with the issue. You can find the form ID in the Publish tab in your Form Builder. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on Publish on top.
2. Under Share Link With you can find the form ID.
