¿Es posible realizar más personalizaciones en la bandeja de entrada de Jotform?

Hola

Hay algúna manera en la que pueda obtener los datos de las actualizaciónes de el flujo de aprobación?

Actualmente lo miro en los inbox y tablas pero ami me gustaría otro nivel de personalización por ejemplo si pudiera verlo en un formulario estaría excelente o si pudiera aplicar css tambien. Actualmente estoy en producción con una app de pedidos de comida y pongo como seguimiento al cliente el inbox pero no es amigable me gustaría poder personalizar. Es decir como obtener yo esos datos de del flujo de aprobación. Actualmente uso los correos de notificación pero yo quiero hacer una pantalla que se actualice automáticamente
