Me esta costando trabajar con jotform porque se me cambia el idioma, le tengo en español y al instante cambia de nuevo al ingles, y lo malo es que al pasar eso se borra mi proceso que llevo, quiero saber como puedo evitar que suceda eso para trabajar mejor.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your account language, and it is set to English. I hav also checked your forms and your form MEDICIÓN DE LA EFECTIVIDAD LIDERAZGO EFECTIVO and is does not have a primary language. Here is the screenshot:
Can you try setting a primary language for this form and try again. Let me help you do it:
- In the form builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar.
- Select Form Settings from the left and click on Show More Options.
- Click on Edit and select the primary language.
I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
