Let me help you Upgrade your Account. Check out the steps below:
- On your My Forms page, click on the Pricing tab found at the upper right side of the page.
- On the Pricing page, choose either Monthly or Yearly payment schedule.
- Choose which plan you'd like to subscribe on and click on Get Started at the bottom.
- In the check out page, choose either Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as payment method and enter your details.
