Hola! me gustaría que revisaran por qué han desaparecido mis plantillas de PDF

Todos los formularios han dejado de mostrar mis plantillas en los ajustes de PDF. No necesitas un URL especifico, sin embargo te dejare el enlace de cualquiera de ellos: https://form.jotform.com/242483911380658

Hi Melissa,
Thanks for getting back to us. Your current PDF template is not updated which is why not all information is not on the PDF output when you download a submission. Deleting or adding a new PDF template will generate a new PDF with updated fields. You need to delete your existing PDF template to fix that. Let me show you how:
- In PDF Editor, click the three dots next to the PDF title and click Delete.
- Then click on Yes, Delete.
As you can see on the screenshot above, it generated a new PDF template with all the fields in order. When you download the submission as PDF, the new PDF template will be used.

Hay unos formatos ya he configurados como plantillas, deben aparecer en este listado:
Las plantillas deben aparecer en la configuración de la página del PDFAquí deben aparecer mis plantillas, no están, no aparecen:

That made the issue much clearer. Was the PDF template a template that you created yourself? If yes, can you recall the name of the template that you created? Or, have you by any chance saved the URL of that template?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.

he creado varias plantillas una de ellas se llama "INFORME READECUACIÓN"

Hi Melissa,
I saw that you're having a hard time locating your created PDF template. I saw on your screenshot that you're trying to locate your PDF template on our Form Template page. Take note that our Form Template page doesn't have a PDF template on it, and a form template is different from a PDF template. I tried to look for your PDF template on our PDF Template page using the name you've provided, but I couldn't find an exact PDF template with that name, but I was able to find PDF templates with the same logo from your form, and I saw that you've created those PDF templates. Check out the screenshot below:
As you can see, it has a similar logo to your form, and your account is the creator of it. You can click on this link to access that PDF template. Also, when searching a PDF template on our PDF Template page, I highly suggest searching using the first word of the PDF template name to have a higher chance of locating it, and make sure that the PDF template language is the same with your page language, because it will not appear if the language is different from your page language. As can be seen, I wasn't able to locate the PDF template on an English page, but when I changed it to the Spanish page, the result showed up.

Estimado;
Efectivamente has encontrado mis plantillas PDF, me has dado una forma de encontrarlas por lo que te agradezco mucho.
Sin embargo, antes las planillas PDF estaban agrupadas en "mis plantillas". Quiero volver a utilizarlas de esta manera.
Como puedes ver en mis capturas de pantalla, antes esta opción era fácil de ubicar en el editor PDF. -

Hi Melissa,
If the PDF templates can be found through a search, but not under "My Templates" as they were before, can you try to clear your browser cache or log in from a different browser or incognito mode? I've also cleared your form cache as a precaution. If the issue persists, try to log in using a different device to see if your templates reappear under the My Templates section.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
