Users unable to submit form or record email field data without reloading the form

Este formulario presenta fallas en el campo de correo electrónico, es decir, no aparecen los registros de este campo. Por otro lado, no es posible finalizar con el proceso de registro de la información, los usuarios deben recargar la página para que les permita diligenciar la totalidad de los campos.

I cloned the form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The email field captured the entered data, which was then recorded in Jotform Tables. Also, I was able to fill out all the fields and submit the form without having to reload the page. Check out the screencast and screenshot below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've cleared your Form Cache as a precaution. If you run into the same issue again, please share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. Can you tell us more about the deleted data? Are there specific fields that are not being recorded? Can you send us the URL of the other forms where the data has been deleted?
