Buen día,
Tengo un problema, hoy es 5 de septiembre y veo que entre mis consumos no se reinició ninguno, que puedo hacer con esto. Estoy pensando en adquirir un plan pero necesito saber si esto va a ser un problema todos los meses?

Hi Christopher, ok, so the reset is at 12 midnight of September 6? It's that correct? And why is now displaying that until october 5 is going to reset if there's still no reset in this month?

It would be midnight of September 5 EST, as mentioned previously. I can see that on your usage page, the monthly reset date has already updated to next month, since that is the case, I have manually recalculated your monthly submission data and informed our developer team regarding this discrepancy.

When I check the logs, I see that the limits have been reset. It seems to be a situation caused by the time difference. In fact, your limit was reset on September 6, 00:10 AM.
