Hola me sale este mensaje en mi formulario y justo estamos en medio de una inscripción a un curso y nadie más se ha podido inscribir. Es posible que nos ayuden a desbloquearlo al menos temporalmente? y a entender por qué sucede? gracias

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I see that your usage is already within the limit but the account is still in over-limit status. So, I refreshed your account and see that it is now active. Your forms are also active. Here's a screenshot showing one of your forms showing active:

Please reload your account and it should work now.
