Now, coming back to your question, to confirm are you referring to not seeing the Star Rating fields in Jotform Tables? If so, I've checked your Jotform Tables and can see that both Star Rating fields are currently hidden, please select the following options in order to display the ratings within your submission table:

1. On your Jotform Tables, click the columns button on the right hand side.
2. From the drop down menu select both star rating fields and they will then be visible within the submission table
