No se muestra el cálculo en el PDF de envío

Buenos días

Tengo un problema.

En el formulario trabajo con campos múltiples con valores y luego los sumo en un subtotal. Realmente son servicios y sus precios para que lo reciban los potenciales clientes. Cuando van marcando los servicios en el subtotal tienen la cifra final....pero el problema está en el formulario PDF no se muestran los diferentes valores...

El potencial cliente no podrá ver la tabla de valores, es decir servicio y su precio...sólo verá los servicios que marcó y la suma total de los servicios pero no su desglose.

1. In PDF Editor, + New PDF and select Use Default Layout. That's it.
