No consigo que los campos de opción múltiple se pasen al Editor PDF

Can you make sure that you selected the correct template for your PDF template? Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Emails tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Pencil Icon to edit the Notification Email.
4. In the Notification window, go to the Advanced tab.
5. In the Advanced tab, make sure that you enable the Attach PDF option.
6. Make sure that you checked the Default Document 1 template.
7. Click on the Save button.

I have no “Documento predeterminado 1.” …I only see, “Calcula tu presupuesto” and “New PDF”…

Hi Laboral_es,

Can you make a New PDF template so you can replicate the one that I have in my previous reply? Here's how to do it:

1. In Smart PDF Forms Builder, click on the +New PDF button.
2. In the Create a New PDF Document window, click on the Use Default Layout option.
3. A new PDF template will be generated by the form.

You can then go back to my previous response and select the New Document template that was generated on your end. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
