Buenos días, requiere de su apoyo para validar si nuestro buzon de correo tiene alguna restricción, ya que des del 16/08 no se ha recibido mail por parte de jotform.

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Hi Adan,
When I checked these email address giancarlo.nino@magnexgroup.com, jack.campoverde@magnexgroup.com, aldo.moscol@magnexgroup.com, and alexander.pena@magnexgroup.com, I can see that they were in Bounce List due to 550 5.7.705 Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold. For more information, you can visit here. We have removed the email address from Bounce List.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on
