    Now, coming back to your question, can you share with us the URL of the form where the files are from? Let me show you where to find your form URL:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on More on the right side of the page.
    2. Under the Publish column, select Publish Form.
    3. Click on the Copy Link button.

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, I suggest clearing your browser's caches, or using a different browser.
