Error en formularios precargados con email verificado

Hola. Actualmente cuándo uno desea editar un formulario, el email que debe ser verificado aparece como verificado pero al terminar de llenar el formulario aparece un error, indicando Incomplete Valúes - Email is not verified. La idea es que el cliente al llenar el formulario desde el inicio le indique para enviar el código y que no diga que ya está verificado.
