Hi Laboral_es,
Unfortunately, Jotform does not support live chat function. Your users can only respond through your autoresponder email. When you create an autoresponder, your account's email address is used as the Reply-To email address by default, but you can change it at any time. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon.
- Go to Recipients tab. Here you can change the Reply-to-Email
