Nombre de archivo descarga

Buen día,

Escribo debido a que tenemos el formulario Solicitud de Carta de Participación, el cuál al final del registro nos permite descargar el documento que genera, el inconveniente que tenemos, es que anteriormente ese documento se descargaba con el nombre de descarga y ahora se renombra con un número largo que varia en cada descarga, será posible que cambie la configuración a como estaba anteriormente? que el documento se renombre con "descarga"

Esto debido a que nos esta afectando en procesos que tenemos donde el nombre con el que identificamos el documento es con "descarga"

Now, coming back to your question. You can change the PDF filename of the PDF document that will be downloaded after the form is submitted. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the down arrow button.

2. Select PDF Editor.

3. In PDF Editor, click the gear icon to get to the PDF Settings.

4. Click on the pencil icon in the PDF File Name section.

5. Click Form Fields, then select the form fields which will serve as filename.

6. Click anywhere on the page to save the changes.

After that re-add the document in the Download PDF Button to your Thank You Page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the bottom and click Edit Thank You Page.

2. Click the Action Buttons button.

3. Then select Download PDF.

4. Select PDF Document, and then click on Create.
