Integración con Microsoft Teams

estoy probando la nueva integración con con Microsoft Teams. me gustaría saber si puedo realizar esta integración a partir de una condición. Ejemplo, tengo formulario con una variable que indica la prioridad del asunto, me gustaría saber si al momento de diligenciar el formulario elijo la máxima prioridad entonces de esta forma enviar un mensaje a un canal privado de Microsoft Teams. Sólo se enviaría este mensaje si el nivel de prioridad es máximo.

Agradezco me puedan informar si esta integración lo permite.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to conditionally trigger the integration. The condition will be triggered every time the form is submitted.
