    Hi pesupervisionlogistica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi pesupervisionlogistica,

To my understanding, the fields Modelo de Equipo Nuevo, Lector serie nueva de equipo y serie nueva are hidden when Traslado + Instalación is selected on the widget. This is happening because you added these fields on a hide condition. To fix this, please remove the fields on the condition below.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so we can help you better?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Excuse me, in the case of Transfer + Installation I do want those fields to be hidden. My problem is with the Transfer + Change job type. In that condition I only set the condition to be hidden: photo - facade and photo - proof of cancelled point, but when I open the form it hides many more fields, such as those I mentioned "such as new equipment model, new serial reader and new series. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Israel,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. After investigating it a bit, I found that your form has a condition to hide Modelo de Equipo Nuevo, Lector serie nueva de equipo, and Serie nueva if the Dynamic Dropdown widget contains the word "Traslado," which is part of the answer "Traslado + Cambio." Check out the screenshot below:

Because of that, those fields are being hidden every time "Traslado + Cambio" is selected. To fix the issue, you can remove that condition or change the word in that condition a bit to differentiate the word "Traslado" in both options. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of your Dynamic Dropdown widget.
    2. Add a dot to your "Traslado" option.

Now, let's change the word in your condition:

    1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon of your fifth condition.

    4. Add a dot in the Value field.
    5. Click on Save.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
