Now, coming back to your question. Note that Jotform's subscriptions are recurring and they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. Since the last payment was made within our 30 days money back-guarantee, we have canceled the subscription immediately and issued a refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.

I checked your account and see that you're already in the Starter (Free) Plan, meaning it will no longer incur future charges. Are you referring to deleting your account? If so, you can delete your account, but keep in mind that it will also delete all of your forms and data. Let me help you do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
